Description

Contos com Nível is a set of five books of original stories, written at different proficiency levels/degrees of difficulty (from A2 to C2), followed by a series of exercises with keys at the end.
Contos com Nível combines the pleasure of reading with the purposeful learning of vocabulary and grammar. In addition, each volume is organised in such a way that it can be both used in the classroom and read indeoendently as extensive reading. Each story provides an overview of the way of life and thinking of the Portuguese, interspersed with many humorous situations.

Doutorada em Linguística, pela Universidade do Porto. Na sua investigação de pós-doutoramento, financiada pela Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, trabalhou sobre processos de simplificação textual e leitura extensiva em português Língua Segunda. Presentemente, desenvolve investigação sobre leitura em língua estrangeira e aquisição de vocabulário em português Língua Segunda, e leciona Português como Língua Não Materna e Português Língua Estrangeira (do nível A1 ao B2, predominantemente).
